Three Paths. One Philosophy.

Three ways
to do
the work.

Not every leader or business owner is in the same place. Some need the weekly conversation. Some need to start with a team. Some need to build the foundation on their own time first. All three paths run through the same philosophy: grow the person, transform the business.

Three Ways to Do the Work

Find the path that fits where you are.

One on One

1:1 Business Consulting

One owner. One hour a week. All-in partnership. For the owner who needs someone to sit across from them and tell them the truth -- not a PDF. A real conversation, every week, with someone who stays with the work.

For Teams

Team Partnerships

When the owner is ready but the team isn't moving. One change in a team changes everything. Consulting goes inside the room where the real work happens -- not just the owner's office.

One on One

The weekly conversation
you've been missing.

Who this is for

Leaders and business owners who are ready to be honest about what's holding them back and want a real partner sitting across from them every week. Not a consultant who disappears between calls. Someone who stays with the work.

What the work looks like

One hour, once a week. Every session follows the same structure: show up present, name what is working, identify the one change that matters, address what's broken, and leave with a clear plan before you talk again.

Between sessions: you have access to Allen via Slack. He responds by end of week. No holding tickets open for a month, no "circle back to this in our next session." If something needs a real-time answer, you get one.

What you're getting

  • Weekly 1:1 session (60 minutes, structured format)
  • Between-session Slack support -- response by end of week
  • Session recordings for your own review
  • Allen's full module library and worksheets, deployed as the work calls for them
  • Ongoing goal-tracking and accountability across the engagement

For Teams

Allen Weaver leading a team discussion

When the team is where
the work has to happen.

Who this is for

Leaders and owners whose teams are the bottleneck. If you're doing the work and the team isn't following, or if you're ready to grow but the people around you aren't growing with you, this is the room we need to be in together.

What the work looks like

Team sessions run on the same structure as 1:1, expanded to the room. We start by identifying what's working and naming it out loud -- because teams need to hear that before they can receive what isn't. Then we go into the real conversation: what's the one shift this team needs to make, and what has to be corrected before it will happen.

Typical format: two group sessions per month (90 minutes each), plus individual check-ins for team members who need a separate thread of support.

What you're getting

  • Two team sessions per month (90 minutes each, via Zoom or in-person)
  • Structured agenda for every session, shared in advance
  • Individual accountability tracking per team member
  • Allen's full workshop and team-development module library
  • Session recordings distributed to the team
  • Optional: 1:1 track for the owner running alongside the team work

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs: The questions we get.

What is the difference between coaching, mentoring, and consulting?

Good question, because the words get used loosely. Mentoring is someone telling you how they did it. Coaching is someone asking you the right questions so you find your own answers. Consulting is someone diagnosing what is actually holding the business back and giving you a clear path to fix it. What I do is consulting with the honesty of a good coach: I will tell you the truth about where you are, then we build the plan and I hold you to it.

Is this only for people who are struggling?

No. Some of the people I work with are doing great and want to go further. Struggling is not the requirement. Being honest is. Plenty of strong owners hit a ceiling, not because something is broken, but because the habits that got them here will not get them to the next level. If you already know what you need to do and just have not done it, that is exactly the work.

I'm already successful. Why would I need this?

Most people ask that right when they hit a plateau. Success does not remove your blind spots, it just raises the stakes of having them. The habits that built what you have are often the same ones quietly capping it. The work is finding those, naming them, and changing the one or two that matter most. You do not need fixing. You need an honest outside set of eyes.

Who is a good fit for this, and who isn't?

A good fit is someone willing to be honest, even when it is uncomfortable, and willing to do the work between sessions. That is it. Title, industry, and size matter a lot less than that. Who is not a fit? Someone looking for a magic hack, someone who wants to be told they are already doing everything right, or someone who is not actually ready to change. I would rather tell you that on the first call than waste your money.

Do you work with individuals, or just owners and leaders?

Both. I work with business owners, with leaders and their teams, and with individual salespeople and professionals. The framework is the same. What changes is the seat you are sitting in and the questions I ask you. That is actually why the assessment starts by asking which one you are.

How is this different from therapy?

It is an important distinction. Therapy mostly looks backward, to heal the past and manage your mental health. What I do looks forward: strategy, mindset, and execution to hit a specific goal in your business and your life. I am not a therapist, and if something comes up that needs one, I will say so. We stay focused on where you are going and the work to get there.

How do you measure the return on working with you?

We decide that up front, together, so it is never vague. Depending on your focus, the numbers usually fall into a few buckets. On revenue: growth, higher close rates, shorter sales cycles. On leadership: keeping your good people, better team feedback, more of the business running without you. On the personal side: hours back in your week and less stress carrying it all. If we cannot name what worth it looks like, we do not start until we can.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Most run three to six months, and a lot of clients stay longer because the rhythm is working. That is not me padding it. It just takes time to break old habits and lock in new ones. Sessions are usually weekly or every other week. The point is not to keep you forever. It is to get the business running well enough that you do not need me.

How much time will this take from me each week?

Less than you would think, and less than you are wasting now. A session is the anchor, and the real work is folded into things you are already doing, just done with more focus. I am not here to add a second job to your week. Part of the work is actually giving you time back by cutting what does not matter.

What happens between sessions?

The session is not where the change happens. The week is. Between sessions you will have something specific to work on, and you can reach me by text or email when you are stuck. I am not the kind of consultant who disappears until the next meeting. The accountability is the point, and accountability only works if it shows up between the calls, not just on them.

How do you handle confidentiality?

What you tell me stays between us. That is the whole foundation. The work only goes as deep as you are willing to be honest, and you cannot be honest with someone you do not trust to keep it private. In team settings, we set clear ground rules up front about what is shared and what is not, so everyone can speak freely.

Will you teach my team a specific sales methodology?

Only if it actually fits how you sell. I am not here to drop a generic script on your team and walk away. We start with what is already working for you, fix what is not, and build the parts that are missing. The methodology serves your business, not the other way around. If you already have a system, we sharpen it. If you do not, we build one you will actually use.

How much does 1:1 business consulting with Nesh Consulting cost?

1:1 business consulting with Allen Weaver starts at $400 per month for one weekly session and $800 per month for two weekly sessions. Custom engagement packages are available for longer-term work. The free business readiness assessment helps determine which tier is the right starting point.

How does team consulting work at Nesh Consulting?

Team consulting at Nesh Consulting includes two 90-minute sessions per month for the full team, structured using a repeatable session format. Allen provides individual accountability tracking for each team member, distributes session recordings, and can run an optional owner 1:1 track alongside the team work. Pricing starts at $1,000 to $1,500 per month for teams of up to five.

What is the difference between 1:1 consulting and team consulting at Nesh Consulting?

1:1 consulting is a private weekly session between Allen Weaver and the business owner. It focuses on the owner's personal accountability, clarity, and follow-through. Team consulting brings the same structured conversation into a group setting, and is the right path when the team is the bottleneck rather than (or in addition to) the owner. Many clients start with 1:1 and add team consulting once they are ready.

What is included in the Nesh Consulting self-paced course?

The Nesh Consulting self-paced course contains Allen Weaver's full consulting framework in video module format, with guided worksheets built from real client work. Topics include reclaiming your time, vision-casting, the No Ego Stay Humble framework in daily practice, and reverse-engineering goals to outcomes. The course has no expiration date. Pricing is being finalized.
